We accept returns of unopened, unused fertilizers within 30 days of purchase with a valid receipt.
Initiating a Return
To start a return, please contact us at care@nilgiriagro.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
Refunds and Exchanges
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. For exchanges, please follow the return process and place a new order.
Damaged Products
Report any damaged products within 48 hours of receipt to qualify for a replacement or refund.
