Micronutrient Fertilzers
Micronutrient fertilizers have assumed a significant role in Indian agriculture because of their widespread deficiencies under different soil-crop situations. On average, 36.5%, 12.8%, 4.2%, 7.1%, and 23.2% of soils in the country are deficient in zinc (Zn), iron (Fe), copper (Cu), manganese (Mn), and boron (B), respectively. Along with single micronutrient deficiencies, multi-micronutrient deficiencies such as Zn+B, Zn+Fe, Zn+Mn, Zn+Cu, Fe+B, Zn+Fe+B, Zn+Fe+Cu+Mn, and n+Fe+Cu+Mn+B prevail in different states.
